PROMICON at Annual Meeting of Science, Technology and Innovation in Portugal

The 2022 edition of the annual meeting of science, technology and innovation took place from 16 to 18 May 2022, at the Lisbon Congress Centre. 

“Building the Future with Science” was the motto of the event, which aims to inspire and act as a platform to stimulate interaction and dialogue between participants, and to foster new interdisciplinary interchange. 

Following previous years, the program of the meeting was divided in different types of segments, from plenary to parallel sessions, online communication, demonstrations and posters. The six plenary sessions covered the main themes associated with the EU Missions, corresponding to the global challenges facing humanity. The event was attended by internationally recognised speakers and organisations in their fields, amongst whom was PROMICON’s project partner Cristiana Torres from NOVAID.

PROMICON was presented with a stand, showcasing the project. The participants in the event had the chance to see images from the lab, project leaflets and samples. Representing the project, Cristiana Torres had the opportunity to interact with the public and answer all PROMICON-rerlated  questionst.
